Animated Tattoos With Neon Lights

Russian artist Maxim Sipakov creates incredible animated tattoos by adding neon lights, adding an entirely new dimension to an existing piece. The tattoo artists have found a way to replicate the glowing effect of neon signs, using a gradient of colors and a dense white line to trick the eye, with the help of augmented reality.
