Calob Castellon made fluorescent photographs using neon paint with ultraviolet light using some creative tricks.

The technique is quite simple, he dabbed paint with a paper napkin for the texture and sprinkled furthermore paint using a toothbrush, the blacklight did the rest. With the use of Adobe Photoshop he was able to make it pop even more to get it that finalized glowing and dreamy feeling. Selective Color and Curve adjustments in the photo editor were especially useful, specifically for targeting magenta and blue hues. Also, the tripod is used because you need to shoot these with an extremely low shutter. Some of these UV portraits are really magical!
